It is a great start to a Disney Focused Concierge Career along with great organizational skills, people skills and a commitment to your guests both at 6am each day for new codes offered and dining reservations to on-call availability when guests travel.
We offer full on-site training, on-the-job coaching, and ongoing mentoring directly from the owner, who has 15 years of full time agency experience, almost all of which has been with Disney. We do not require prior travel agent experience, however our ideal candidates:
Has travelled to Walt Disney World many times and has stayed in several different resorts
- Are excited about the opportunity of onsite, in depth, training
- Are outgoing, personable, and highly customer focused
- Has a pleasant phone demeanor
- Can think quickly under pressure and solve problems creatively and effectively
This role can be part-time or full time. It is home based and we have agents around the US (sorry, we do not offer positions to those in Florida and California) It offers flexible scheduling but does require some regularly scheduled availability. This is a commissioned position along with some travel benefits with sales,
