You can make your own Alpaca craft and create an Alpaca farm just like you visit in Peru. During our Adventures by Disney trip, we had several alpaca experiences. First as they roamed at Machu Picchu and visiting a farm to feed them was a highlight!

List of Supplies:
- Embossed craft paper
- Colored craft papers
- Glitter craft paper
- Pencil
- Pen
- Scissors
- Craft glue

Instructions:
Step 1:
Prepare the patterns from the provided template. Trace the main body pattern, tail and the hair (cloud-like pattern) of the alpaca on embossed craft paper and trace the rest of the pattern on colored craft papers. The circle is the face of the alpaca, so make sure to use a lighter colored paper for it.

Step 2:
Attach the circle on the circle art of the base pattern. Attach the outer ear patterns on the top side of the head pattern.

Step 3:
Attach the inner ear cutouts inside the outer ear patterns. Attach the oval shaped cutout on the lower side of the circle attached to the head part.

Step 4:
Select a pattern you would like for the saddle of the alpaca and trace the pattern on a colored craft paper. Cut out the traced saddle patterns and also cut out some tiny patterns from colored craft papers to decorate the saddle. I’m using tiny shapes cut out from craft papers and glitter sheets to decorate the saddle pattern.

Step 5:
Attach the decorated saddle on the back side of the alpaca. Use a pen to draw the eyes, nose and mouth patterns to complete the alpaca craft.

You can create a whole farm and draw a background for them. Looking to pet and feed alpaca? Ask us about an opportunity to make amazing memories with Adventures by Disney to Peru! We’d love to share our experience with you.
