Snacking Around Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party

November 12, 2019

In addition to the 45 character meets, the special parades, fireworks and shows and light crowds, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is really all about the food 🙂 We’ve got two guides for you this party! The free snacks and there were some great ones as well as all the extra seasonal treats.

First, arrive early. While the party official runs from 7pm to midnight, your party ticket will get you in the gate any time after 4pm. (2pm if you are a DVC Member!) From 4-8 only, the welcome trail is opening featuring some great photo opportunities and your first free cookie! Not hungry at the moment? Everything is individually wrapped so you can always save it for later. We also recommend eating dinner before the party starts. Don’t waste that precious party time with short lines and so much to do.

If it’s free snacks you are after, there are 10 stops plus the bonus entrance cookie. There are four varieties of cookies and these awesome snowman hotel pretzels. I will say, with the exception of the arrival area, the lines were long at the beginning of the party. Make use of your ticket by enjoying the party not 20 minutes on line for a cookie. By the half way point we could walk up or be no more than a few people back. Each stop also has alternate allergy friendly treats.

If you want some highly themed food fun, there are There are 18 holiday themed snacks (6 with snack credits if you are on a Disney Dining Plan) and 4 great snacking accessories. If you want to do it all, we suggest starting with the snacks that don’t have a tree next to them…those are holiday favorites available all day. Tree items are party exclusives! Be sure to share your photos and favorites with us. You can send up here and we’ll email you our great printable.
