A Great Avengers Paper Puppet Craft

Supplies Needed for Avengers Puppet Craft

• Colored craft papers
• Popsicle sticks
• Pencil
• Black sharpie or marker
• Scissors
• Craft glue
• Spiderman, Captain America, and Thor Avengers template

Instructions to Make Avengers Puppet Craft

Download the Avengers templates linked in the above supplies list.

Prepare the templates by printing each template and cutting out the patterns for each Avengers character.

I’ll use Captain America as an example of how to make each Avengers finger puppet. Once complete, repeat the steps in a similar fashion for each of the other Avengers finger puppet templates.

Trace the Captain America patterns from the appropriate colored papers and cut them out.

Grab the 4 circles and the small star of the shield and assemble them correctly. Use craft glue to attach them.

Grab the mask base, ‘A’ pattern and the 2 wing patterns to craft the mask. Use glue to attach the patterns to create the mask.

Attach the mask on the top side of the head pattern of Captain America pattern.

Attach the head on either open end of the body base. Also, attach the belt patterns in the middle of the body base (the strip).

Attach the paper Captain America puppet on a popsicle stick to complete the puppet craft.  

Now repeat each of the steps listed above to make your other Avengers finger puppets.

Once complete, you’ll have your very own superhero finger puppets to enjoy hours of imaginary play with your kids.
